Be one of 160 acts chosen to perform 19-23 February 2025 in Montreal at one of the conference's stages to crowds of agents, DJs, promoters, labels, venues, organisations, and more.

The Folk Alliance International Conference is the world’s largest gathering of the folk music industry and community, crossing a diverse array of genres including Appalachian, Americana, Blues, Bluegrass, Celtic, Cajun, Global Roots, Hip-Hop, Old-Time, Singer-Songwriter, Spoken Word, Traditional, Zydeco, and various fusions.

Selected through a competitive jury process, official showcase artists often book national or international tours, meet professionals to join their teams, and catch the interest of media based on performing at Folk Alliance International.

British Underground produced two stages showcasing thirty-two UK music-makers at Folk Alliance International 2024 in Kansas City. Across two rooms, artists showcased the breadth of new folk, traditional and roots music from the UK & Ireland in both acoustic and produced stages to international industry professionals.

In between official showcasing, artists engaged in warm, energetic, curious, creative and collaborative networking opportunities as well as folk, roots and traditional music jams.

So, if showcasing at Folk Alliance International 2025 sounds like an opportunity you’re interesting in, watch the video below and click here to apply now.
